Fancy Ferry Ghat

This is probably the best ferry ghat from Guwahati side with beautiful views of the mighty Brahmaputra. All season concrete road till the actual ghat with good condition. There is also ample parking space inside. There are more than enough seats to relax and enjoy the view...

I just wish people would stop littering. The view of the bramhaputra river is breathtaking. The ferry rides are beautiful and certainly affordable. Many poor people regularly use them to commute between Guwahati and North Guwahati.

Filled up with water during monsoons and a beach during winters. This place fascinates me in every aspect. A proper place for hangout and evening or morning walk. But sometimes filled up with Jugdemental people makes the couples feel awkward.
