Very rude and unprofessional behaviour by the salesmen...Instead of letting us check the devices, all they did was kept asking us if you will buy it or not and just because we were students they showed unnecessary attitude instead of attending us professionally...Buying a device is a big decision for us students and it takes considerable amount of time to check the devices...Showing rude and unnecessary attitude wont take you anywhere...Learn how to act professionally and not in a haste to sale the product or show them attitude if they are checking the product.

It's been a great experience, the employees are polite and did swiftly find the laptop i came to buy also gave me the best deals with discount. Klisha is one of thier employee been helpful a lot with welcoming nature.

Staffs behavior are good. Almost everyday used electronics items are available here with best discount price. Credit card, debit card, upi, cash all payments accept here.

This is the 3rd time I have seen in this guwahati store. The sales persons are not even bother to attend a customer. The behaviour they show is like they have done kond of a favour to elaborate about the product. They always busy listening tousic and discussing about Netflix series sitting.

Worst experience ever! I have bought one 3ton AC on 20/03/25 and till today(9/4/25) 19days it's not functional There technician is so under equiped ,they were bending copper pipe with hands and they don't even have temperature meter to show if AC is giving real temperature. Still now no solution and they are saying now they will take my new AC to there workshop and repair????? seriously Is this level of professionalism they maintain??? Never buy products from them ...they just know to sale not to service
