Agarwal Imaging, unit of Xray Centre guwahati

WORST PLACE. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS. I did my cbct scan on advice of a doctor from rdc. Later when i got my report they handed me the CD of a different patient. For many days i didn't know about this. Later when my Dr told that the CD i got from this clinic isn't mine, it's of someone else, i immediately went to this clinic and complained. Still they didn't even apologize for the crime they did And made me wait for 20 mins to hand over my genuine CD.

Dr Ashis Agarwal, of Agarwal Imaging is very my dearly person.He is so polite that his words cure half of the pain.

The best service anyone could ask for. The staff were friendly and helpful. Especially the the doctor was really friendly and soothing. He understood my situation and helped me as much as he could. I'm really thankful doctor... Really really grateful to you. If anyone is looking for quality service this is the place for you.

They don't respond well. No point providing a phone number, when you can not respond. Worst experience. don't go. Instead of doing x-ray of upper jaw they have done lower one. Again have to do but this time in a different centre. 😡

They charge like private lab and behave like govt labs. They made us wait for more than an hour as the doctor went for lunch..

Very Disappointing Service... Don't recommend at all. They don't value the time of the patient's. They gave an appointment at 12.30 pm and kept us waiting for 2 and half hours. I will never go there. Very poor service.

Very quick and nice service. The Doctor was also very polite and humble.
