This PG provides- Good food, Filtered water for drinking, Maintain Good hygiene(workers keep cleaning bathroom,rooms every 2-3 days) , free wifi provided, gas provided if u want to cook, Inverter provided thus no powercut problem ----

The moments were great. There is no problems for food, washroom, pg mates. Everyone live peacefully and the environment for studying is great. Thanks to warden dada, pg owner sir and miss. They are friendly and everyone can share everything they want.🦋

I would like to mention some points that I have experienced in one year. 1. Fooding quality: The meals were provided with improper cooked. 2. Maintenance fee: it had been changed of Rs 2000 but not given any kind of maintenance. I have seen in other PG there isn't changing maintenance fees. 3. Narrow minded and self benefit owner: Not a single thought for student's welfare totallyself benefited person. 4. Rent: Charging very high rent even if you are in home for a month you have to pay 70 percent of the total rent. It was really bad that I have experienced. 👎

To be precise, the environment is good for studying, PG rooms along with the washrooms are cleaned by a cleaner every 2-3 days, water is almost clean. Also there is internet connection (wifi) in the PG. This PG is pretty close to ALLEN and LALAN'S coaching institute and nearly close to affinity coaching institute.I enjoyed my almost 1 year stay here and I hope you will too👍

Good Facility With comfort and Hygiene food

A very well managed pg, our owner always visits and inspect all the things regarding our health, food or any problems. Our Sir and Madam is very friendly to us and here the environment is also very good to study. I appreciate all the things our owner had done for us . Thank you for your constant effort to make sure we are happy, comfortable. Once again thank you for everything, I will always remember the time i spent here and the kindness you showed to me. It's very good to say tht our owner sir n mam keeps regular checks on our health ,food , and any other problem faced by any of the member here, and they also personally talk to us if we are comfortable here or not n if not they solve the issue as soon as possible. Avyay pg provides other extra facilities too which is not available in any other pg in the locality(as per my enquiry). Also the quality of food is great with no restriction for some extra food too☺ thts the best. The environment of the pg is very healty n study friendly. Thnk u mam n sir☺❤

The environment is peaceful for study . Food quality is better as compared to other PGs . PG Owner and caretaker are always there to solve our problems .
