Healthians Lab is by far the most unprofessional and useless diagnostic service I have ever dealt with. They collected my samples but couldn’t even provide a proper report. Then they rescheduled my test for 08.12.25 at 10:30 AM, and guess what? No one showed up. Their customer care is a complete joke — always busy, no proper response, and they keep putting calls on hold as if they are doing a favour. They shared technician numbers who only give lame excuses instead of solving the issue. If this is how Healthians Lab runs their service, it’s honestly shameful. Absolutely zero reliability, zero professionalism, and zero customer value. I would never recommend this diagnostic centre to anyone.
