As a staff member, I would like to share my honest experience about the work culture in this company. 1- Salaries are not paid on time. 2- Employees are forced to bring in business; otherwise, salaries are withheld. 3- If any mistake happens, salary is deducted or not paid. 4- During hiring, they give big promises about salary increments after 6 months or 1 year, but when the time comes, they say your performance is not good enough. 5- If someone raises their voice or protests against management, senior staff start planning how to remove that person. 6- The overall work culture is very poor. 7- If HR or seniors make mistakes, they are skilled at blaming junior staff instead. 8- There is a lot of office politics. When the boss or HR is not present, senior employees act like they own the company and push most of the work onto juniors. 9- The company software is extremely poor and inefficient. It takes the whole day to complete even basic tasks because of system issues. 10- Most of the positive reviews about this company seem to be written by their own people. 11- The company has only one or two computers, which is not enough for staff. They cannot properly provide equipment, and salaries are also not paid on time. 12- First they give big lectures, then slowly start pressuring staff to bring business.

My experience working here was worst. The internal operations are poorly organized, with very limited staff handling development, testing, and customer support for a large client base. Employees are often required to manage multiple responsibilities without adequate resources or support. The software has an outdated interface and structure, and there are frequent technical and data-related issues. New employees receive minimal training, and backend or technical support is often insufficient when problems arise. Software installation and deployment processes are also inefficient. From an employee standpoint, there is a lack of transparency regarding work expectations, including travel requirements. Overall, the company culture feels stressful, with weak processes and internal coordination. Recommend neither to use their products nor to join here as an employee

The software quality is very poor. It has frequent bugs and technical problems, and even within a week it does not run properly for daily work. Overall experience was disappointing.

As a employee for 3 months experience I would like to say that this company software is the outdated software there are lot of bugs and the software they provide are expensive but the outcome is not upto the mark..also if anyone join the company think before joining the company they will say you many things in first but in the end you will have nothing.Sallary not upto the mark no increment and no systems..late payment of sallary... Travelling allowance doesn't pay by the company and many more .

Worst Software. Better accountability if staff are left with hand made bills as they are more trustable than the software. Extremely cheap pricing just like the interface of the software so don't fall for it.

What i Found Is that the software is fully up-to-date , modern and very easy to use . You get every small choices you will need for a restaurant ,hotel,school,or inventory managements.

Only big dialogues, no good work. Most of the other reviews are from their own company employee or relatives.

Excellent Hotel software, with 100 % satisfactions. I thinks no one others software can bits up.
