The authorised service centre of Pibco Hero MotorCorp. Very near to the showroom and easily accessible. Sufficient parking space available. About 10 stations for servicing and repairs works. The workers are good and well behaved. Overall staff is friendly. There is also a waiting room.

AfterSale Service is Unsatisfied. Staffs found casual, careless and negligent to their work. One supervisor took advance money for polishing, but they failed to give timely service. I am to go several times to get work done. They misguided me by saying polishing man is absent for three months.

Arrive early to the service station at 8:30 am. Staff arrives at 9:00 am sharp. Service is super fast as well as well maintained customer lounge. The only time consuming element is washing. It takes time. If your number is in the 1 - 10 list, you'll get your bike till noon.

Being a regular customer, had serviced my bike 4 months back. Couldn't get it washed as the washing person was not available that day. Being a regular customer, agreed to do it some other day or in the next servicing. Done the next servicing today after 4 months. Repair costs was about Rs 8500, even when I have Joyride card. Block changed, cable changed, spark plug, mobile etc. Don't know what servicing they did the last time. Please beware, they may charge you on any day saying you have to change this and that even when you would have serviced it just few days/weeks earlier. This is my personal experience, other views may vary.

This people are thiefs. I went there for servicing of my bike and they did not change the engine oil and included the payment in the bill. My bike is in free service period and this is what they mean by free servicing. They just did little greasing work, and one of the office stuff called me and started to talk and within this time they kept a empty bottle near my bike and said that the engine oil has been changed. Please be careful if you go to this service center, I will suggest do not go to this service center.

Clean. Fast. Reliable service. Staff very polite and efficient. Well trained mechanics. Spare parts prices are reasonable too. One of the oldest bike mechanicals in Guwahati.
