It's not a park where people go to be one in serenity of nature and loved ones... It's a simple roundabout (roundabout is a type of circular intersection or junction in which road traffic flows almost continuously in one direction around a central island)... You can see what is a round about in the pic I posted. And that green circle is your Shishu G. Park

Just a rotary section for controlling traffic, not a park accessible to public but maintained in a very nice way with a lot of greenery and flowers. Also a statue of Laxminath Bezbaruah
