Mr. Arpan Gogoi is a nice bloke. It appears as though he is dissenting with you but he presents the factual state of affairs . As part of the deal, he offered two freebies- the services of a Priest at Kamakhya temple and a gala dinner on the magnificent Brahmaputra cruise..Barring a place at Nongstoen, the accomodation, the choice of hotels is on par with 3 star and at few places above 3*. Ms Christina and her associate along with Mr. Arpan recieved us in the true assamese style at the Kamakhya Temple. As an old man, I was expecting being pampered from the Guwahati Airport it self-) A special mention is to be made of Mr. Gautam Hazarika, the smiling driver. Full of humour and ever ready to advice and lead us to hygienic hotels, we being fussy vegetarians ( no egg even types). For the Telugus, he knows Chiru songs and Brahmi humour. I being a hard-core chiru fan, carried his songs and spread them in the hills, valleys and ravines of Meghalaya. I chose Donniez travels, leaving popular travel agencies and I am satisfied and am all set to pack my bags for ARUNACHAL PRADESH trip organized by Donniez Travels. One can safely choose Donniez as their travel partners. You feel as though the whole agency is traveling with you through out our trip..such is the comfort level. A truly memorable experience...

I had a fabulous experience during my recent trip to Meghalaya with Donniez Safari. The accommodations and itinerary were wonderful. I would welcome the opportunity to travel again in North East with Donniez Safari in the future. I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

We requested the Donniez team to plan Tawang trip in Arunachal Pradesh for us from 11-18 Nov 2024. From Greeting us at Guwahati Airport to again leaving us at Guwahati Airport everything was taken care of by the team. Day by day itinerary, what to visit , where to go , how much time all was planned and they did not forget we had come on a vacation so every day post 4/5 PM they had not planned anything so that we could relax and enjoy soak in the nature . The highlight of the tour our fellow guide cum driver Goutam , who guided , recommended for each and every place we visited. Since wife has motion sickness issues he took extreme care of it. Highly recommend anyone planning any tours in NE Or any other state to use Donniez Services , u will not be disappointed.

Booked NE - Arunachal Pradesh family package tour with them thru my friend's reference. In short , Arunachal is Gods Gift to India , you need to explore with the right travel agency. While all my pre-booking was good with Donniez Safari , there were key issues , which was not at all considered and they started playing with our emotions... 1. Day 1 : Local Trip in Guwahati : we were 9 of us , they gave an old Tempo which couldnt event go beyond 40Km / Hour , the driver himself was an acting driver...the guide her self accepted and told for next day they will arrange a better van. 2. Local Stay in Guwahati : They changed the hotel which was 20Km away as the prebooked guest house had water issues :-), they didnt even had break fast option , where that guide told she will arrange Poori , and she brought it around 10am , with Kids starving. 3. Vehicle to Arunachal : Any one would know its a ghat area and we would need to arrange a good Vehicle , these people for 9 of us arranged a Jeep kind (Force Cityline), which was cramped inside. While we spoke , Donniez team told , they will get us alternative in Tawang...This is their first Lie. They didnt even bother later inspite of our request and dragged this for 3 days until we started from Tawang to Dirang. Ultimate is the Tyre was bad and we had to change the same (wasted 30 mins) , as per our itenary we were to start to Sheragon by 10am , started at 2PM. 4. No Control / Worst Communication : They changed the Hotel in Tawang , where we need to stay for 3 Nights , and booked us in a local lodge , but what they showed was initially a better one , we checked that as well. Worst point is they didnt even inform us , we came to know thru our Driver 5. On the Road : We booked our flights thru them , and while they knew from Dirang to Guwahati it would take 9 hours , they made an iternary in such a way we would have missed our flights. We had to loose one day stay in Dirang and paid one night stay back in Guwahati from our side. Basis this , these guys didnt pay the Vechile and that person stopped the Vechile in the road while coming and told , he will start only if the Donniez will pay to the travel van owner. We had to stay in the highway for 30 mins ... My Request is if you want to enjoy your holiday , pls book good agent , even if you have to pay 10K or 20K more as a memorable trip. Deeply Money Minded agency , No customer Care , All Wrong Commits and worst Management.

We visited Kerala in December 2021 through Donniez Safari. Very well planned vacation and everything went as planned starting from flight tickets to travel vehicle ( AC Innova for 5 persons), and Hotel stay(3/4 star). It was also pocket friendly and travel guide cum driver was very polite and informative. Overall experience was very good and travel was customizable according to comfort.

We had been to the Andaman and Nicobar islands for our recent holidays. And thanks to the awesome Donniez safari team we had a fantastic time there ! The trip was very well arranged and co-ordinated. We will definitely plan our next vacation with Donniez and also recommend them to our friends and family!

Liked their cab service. They are also open and helpful in managing cab for break journeys if anyone doesn’t need for continuous stretch. Drivers were also well mannered and their recommendations were also helpful. Cabs were comfortable.
