Opted 12 days Tour of North East 24.03.2025 to 04.04.2025 Our family of Five Senior citizens..... Very good agency for tourism...... A good Ertiga Taxi provided with a very sober, well behaved, young, energetic and nice driver during the whole tour. He had very good knowledge of the area. He guides us about the various tourist spots...... The entire 12 days tour was covering the mountain roads with sharp curves and ups & downs, but he was driving comfortably, calmly and never lost his patience. Very good control on steering & the Vehicle......... Thanks Rajib Pathak....Cab Driver Regarding hotels, out of Seven hotels, two were not satisfactory. One was immediately changed by the Agency on our complaint........ Other Hotels are good...... We thanks to Mr Mahendra Nath, Kaziranga Tours and Travels for the memorable trip........ He is very good person, polite & cooperative.........

The tour was overall successful by 60% the positive points are the managers- Mr Aman and Mr Ujwal who showed excellent customer satisfaction. Itinerary- The itinerary could have been planned better with an additional stop at Mawlynnong rather than at Sohra. With multiple better water falls around Cherrapunjee, Elephant falls at Shillong could have been avoided as it’s a pain to get stuck in Shillong traffic for 3 to 4 hours. Places like Don Bosco museum and Lady Hydari park were suggested in the itinerary without checking their availability. Hence, we ended up missing those places. This could have been easily avoided by simple research. However, one positive point is the safari which was enjoyable and pleasant. And the driver for the safari was Mr Prahalath did a good job. Selection of hotel at Kaziranga ( foxtail orchid resort) was not commensurate to other places of stay in the entire trip. Now coming on to the most important disappointment for us in the entire trip was the ATTITUDE OF THE DRIVERS. Mr Khanjan Bohra was rash driving, that too, in the mountains and when asked to slow down a bit, he replied back saying “ This is my terrain and we are used to it”. The entire day he tried to mock us by driving very slow(20 - 25 kmph in the straight highways and at 60-65 kmph in the hairpin bends of the hilly terrain). Because of his attitude and verbal aggression, we had to stand our ground and ask for a change in the driver at the cost of foregoing one day’s sightseeing. The alternate vehicle which they provided broke down half way through to Kaziranga. But the driver Mr Vinod was very good in his driving skills. The third vehicle provided was driven by Mr Chanchal Bohra, who inspite of us requesting him to take us to the hotel, after Khamakya temple visit kept insisting on taking us directly to the river cruise which is scheduled 2 1/2 hours later when the hotel is just 15 mins away. And he was also verbally aggressive stating that our change of vehicles is because we did not listen to the drivers. I hope that the owner of Kaziranga paradise tours makes some rectifications otherwise people may not employ your services in the future.

Kaziranga tours and travels is one of the best tour operators in North East India. People are very friendly and trying their best to satisfy their customers. SUJATA mam, it is not fair to intentionally blame someone. As per itinerary we arranged everything to you. Its a economic package for 27 days (184000/-) we provide facilities as per your package. And you know that Due to insurgency issue we have to cut short the trip of Manipur and Kohima for 7 days. For this we refunded you Rs.45000/- on humanity grounds. But we spent for 27 days for cabs and cancelation charges of hotels.which we don't asked from you. And our driver was crying everyday by your irritating behavior .after all he also a human being. He tried to cover all attractions as per itinerary. But it not possible to move as per you directions based on Google search. By the way we're are always ready to satisfy our guest. And we're sorry for any unexpected inconvenience

Very wrost experience of this tour manager with 2 single lady of gujarat. Took all tour chargies before tour rs 1,84000 according by tour manager .we have not satisfied according commitments tour travel all tour places and hotel services, driver always ready to take more money trying to create anyhow daily problems. He has not his own vehicle ,he povided rental car. Tour manager and driver both playing game how to cheat customer. Driver always save fuel and not show sightseeing according schedule and driver always want more money to see sightseeing of schedule.in between tour manager and driver customer suffer each day and all tour.

I highly recommend Kaziranga Tours Travels. Mr. Mahindra Nath is really a genuine person difficult to find in such a commercialized business. He has been assisting with all my queries for finding good hotels and planning the trip to Meghalaya. Another gem is the rental car service provided. Our Driver Binod was really a patient and warm person. he made sure that we do not miss any sight seeing and has been well versed with the roads and able to drive flawlessly even in cloudy and foggy regions. Innova provided was a new model not more than a year old. Trip cannot have been awesome without Mr Mahendra and Binod's support. Thank you for keeping your promises.

Experience was very bad. First he has taken all package money advance, and then in-between tour his self change tour schedule, inform me at Last moment. According commitments food,accommodation,vehicle not properly and very bad experience ...

The driver which they arrange, another came at last moment. He doesn't know all location which i have given in itinerary. Experience was not so good.
