We had a wonderful experience during our trip to Shillong and nearby places, and a big credit goes to our companion for the trip (Mr. Prashanta Das) , who is also the owner of the travel agency. He was extremely professional, polite, and always punctual. His driving was very safe and confident, especially on the hilly roads, which made us feel comfortable throughout the journey. He has excellent local knowledge and suggested great spots, ideal timings, and good local food places, helping us explore Meghalaya in a relaxed and authentic way. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. He was flexible with our schedule, patient, and always willing to help. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and personally involved in ensuring a great travel experience. I would highly recommend him and his travel agency to anyone planning a trip to Shillong, Cherrapunji, Dawki, or nearby areas. Truly a memorable and stress-free journey!

We had wonderful short trip with Prashantji of Poonam Travels. He guided us very well and made the best use of short duration. The most memorable part for me was the visit to Indo- China border at Bimla Pass. Awaiting many more trips in the North East with him and most important bucket list trip will be Hornbill Festival.

Prasantji of Poonam Travels arranged everything for 12 days trip for Arunachal and later curated it very well as due to some issues trip got curtailed by 6 days. Every minute was worth it with excellent ride and stay.Icing on the cake was he himself accompanied us and became our guide as well.

Wonderful experience. Prashant the owner was always reachable. The condition of the car was great. Our driver Hasmat was a wonderful person most helpful. Very smooth driving. Very good sense of roads. He never used any gps. He kept us entertained all through out the trip. I brushed up my Bangal bhasha talking with him all through the journey. I would recommend Poonam Travels to all my friends visiting the NE.
