I phone called but they cut the call halfway. I've to go physically. I need clothes colour dye of old jeans. the service centre don't have. No other intentions. the rest, i won't comment, it's their own business.

Very pathetic response behaviour. It is 1 KM away from my room but it's been 5 days and nobody came for pickup. There is no direct contact with the regional branches. Whenever I try to contact the call it is directly connected to the national office.
