BEST PLACE FOR FITNESS ENTHUSIAST AND STAFFS ARE VERY GOOD AND POLITE

It has the worst after sales service. They’ll convince you into buying their cheap-quality products at premium prices saying that they have excellent after sales services. What a lie they sell, when you call them for any support they’ll talk with so much attitude as if they are doing us a big favour. They do not provide any invoice for services, and the invoice for products do not have necessary information. My dad has purchased a treadmill from here, paid almost 55k for it and honestly is of the worst quality. After a year or so it has stopped working and the technician they sent was completely clueless of the problem with the treadmill, he just starts to sell me a new motor replacement costing another 10k. Upon asking about the repairability they straight ahead deny it like its not even a thing. A month later when i ask them to replace it now they say that the replacement cost is 15k and that they cannot visit my location. The replacement motor does not have any warranty neither does their installation work on the treadmill. Its literally either their way or the highway coz they are running a monopoly for all things Cosco in Guwahati.

Superb place for sports and fitness equipment. If someone is looking for good quality products then it would be right place for you. Staff members are very much helpful. Bought Dumbbell and resistance tube at reasonable price and the quality is very good. Highly recommend!

Very very bad after sales service. The worst ever. Bought a cross trainer machine for an amount of 30k in the month of August 2019.But after 6months of used the machine started making some weird sound. Thought the sound would go away but after another month, the machine gives up and not been able to use anymore. Then I Started giving complains ,the technician had come by who had no experience at all, very poor knowledge about the machine. After two hours of looking into the machine, he said that he have to open the main unit and take out the main item and send it to the service company. Then the lock down thing happened. Now after 2months he comes with the product but again with no knowledge at all, wasted another two hours and said that he could not fix it and he said that he had to take the whole machine to the shop. Now after two weeks passed by since the technician took it to the shop, still the machine is not delivered to me. No updates from the technician and then when i contacted the shop, they said that the technician is on leave and the machine is not fixed yet. Called them many times now, only getting negative answers, it will take some time was only what i get to hear. Please don't waste your hard earned money,i wasted my 30k please don't waste yours. Do not buy anything from this place please other wise you Will surely regret it.

One of the best sports/ gym equipment shop i ever visited. Behaviour was so humble. Best Price also . I highly recommend you to visit once.

Very good and fast response from the seller. A few items were missing in the package I had received. The seller promptly sent me those immediately. Although a little pricier compared to Cosco online, but the prompt response is worth it. Looking forward to buy again. Recommended.
