Gauhati Artists' Guild

As a organiser of APA Photography Exhibition by Assam Photographic Arts we love this place. The Halls are well good for any photo and arts exhibitions. The helper Kanteswar da is very nice person.

The guild reminds me of my younger self enjoying sketching and painting as an enrolled student in art courses. It's a special spot, that space where i can be with my artwork & creative best...a space away from the rush of everyday life. Truly Gauhati Artists Guild is one place that i cherish with all my heart & still have been visiting every now & then through these long years. i have also had two group exhibitions in the art gallery of the guild. So lots of memories attached. Sharing a few pics of the Institute during the second wave of the pandemic.. on an afternoon which otherwise would have be filled with children, art teachers & guardians!

We went there for a photography exhibition. I like the place. Experience was good. We enjoyed.

I'm a 2010-2012 batch student from here. Still remember those fun filled and creative art classes by Bhaskar sir and Shankar sir (not sure if they're still here). This place is pure nostalgia ❤️

Guwahati Artist’s Guild, is situated in Chandmari, Guwahati-781003, Kamrup Metro, Assam, is an excellent institution for learning Art and Craft. Nice place for holding Meeting, Art and Craft exhibition and workshop etc. it has a small hall too apart from the exhibition hall. This place is near Chandmari Fly Over side and ample place for parking near fly over.
