I am from mumbai and took a two wheeler on rent from Palash a couple of days back to travel around guwahati. Vehicle was in good condition overall with only one issue that came to light after I had ridden the vehicle for more than 2-3 hours, then later in the day, a part of the front grille broke down in the middle of the road while I was driving. I promptly gathered the broken parts and informed Palash. He told me to come over the next day while handing over the vehicle and he will evaluate whether damage was caused by me. Anyone else would have pinned the blame on me to seize the deposit amount. But he took a look at all the facts and evidences, then returned my deposit. I was worried that I will end up spending a lot of time convincing that damage was not because of me. He turned out to be a angel in disguise and helped me save my time by not getting into any argument. Gem of a person, last of the kind, production line for making such good humans have been stopped by the almighty long time back.

Just recently booked scooty for Meghalaya but the headlights of scooty was not working properly i already mentioned that i will be taking it to Meghalaya and they suggested me that kind of scooty and also they were hesitating to return security very Bad experience don’t do the mistake that i have did
