CEAT Shoppe, Anshu Tyre World

Absolutely unprofessional! They can't handle large cars and have no experience on doing wheel allignment. I went for a wheel allignment and balancing for my Safari and they did a pathetice job. I have attached the allignment report here and you can see that How pathetic work they did. Caster reading looks suspiciously high and when I asked them, they said it's normal in Safari as Safari doesn't have Camber and Caster ... Just fooled me on that .Waste of money and I won't recommend this place at all.

Everything was ok but I'm not satisfied with the way they sold away my old tyre without my consent. After changing my new tyre i was busy on phone call, i forgot to load my old tyre which I don't want to sell, after reaching six-mile traffic point i realised that i forgot my tyre so i call the owner immediately and told him that I'm going to take my old tyre, upon reaching the place i was shocked when the staff told me they have sold out my tyres 😖 i don't knw how to react i was very irritated but I tried to remain calm and control my tempered. Within 5 to 10 minutes how can they sold away those tyres, in return they offer me 600₹ which i never want to accept but i was forced to accept since I felt embarrassing to quarrel for that, atleast they should asked me what to do with my old tyre so that if i want to sell i would have given it to them instead they took advantage of me forgetting to load my tyres 🛞. This is not the way to treat customers!!! I was told that the new tyre covers unconditional five years warranty but after registering i got msg from the company and its only for three years not five years!!!

The place was ok, has all the modern equipment for replacing tyres, and wheel alignment etc. The people however didn’t seem nice, I had once checked my tyre pressures here. Anyway this place has BOLT 16 Amp Sockets for EV Charging, the number of sockets are 4 for Charging. (EV - Electric Vehicle) attached the pictures. You’ll have to install the Bolt App to access the charging sockets

One of the worst CEAT Shoppe I have ever visited. I have been using CEAT for nearly 7 years. But today I visited this branch and was very upset with thier behaviour and also with the price list. They are keeping MRF tyres in CEAT shoppe, seriously man. Purbanchal CEAT branch is much better then them. I uave selected one tyre and purbanchal branch told me the price about 3k & this guys were asking for nearly 4.1k. Hopeless branch....
