Just booked a room at Hotel Royal Heritage! For a 3-star, it's pretty solid. Simple, clean, and the staff was super helpful with the reservation. Would recommend if you're on a budget! Just keep in mind that twin rooms are in the interior part and hence they smell weird

I recently stayed at Hotel Royal Heritage, and unfortunately, the experience was not satisfactory. The rooms were not properly ventilated, and there was no exhaust fan or proper duct system in the bathroom, which made the space feel very suffocating. The washbasin was leaking, and there was an unpleasant smell in the room. The landline phone was not working, and there was no hot water available in the bathroom during the stay. Overall, the ambiance felt uncomfortable due to poor ventilation and maintenance issues. The only positive aspect was the paid dinner, which was decent. I hope the management takes necessary steps to improve cleanliness, maintenance, and basic amenities for future guests.
