The overall experience was mixed. The showroom had a decent collection and some aspects of the service were fine. However, the behaviour and communication style of the floor staff could be improved. I noticed staff members talking among themselves behind a customer’s back, which did not look professional. Additionally, the tone used while responding to requests about seeing the same design in a different weight felt dismissive and slightly judgmental, which made the experience uncomfortable. Customers should feel respected while asking questions or comparing designs, regardless of whether they make a purchase. With better staff training and more professional communication, the experience here could be much better.
