worst nightmare… they cheat you to the bottom .. they have no procedures.. we selected the windows from them and paid the advance but once they received the advance they stoped responding to the delay in delivery… and the delay was more than 2 months.. more over once we received the materials the one installed was not as per our selection.. they don’t value customer need rather they try to impose their products… then the real comedy stared when the installed mesh window was not fixed with anything they just put some adhesive and showed us the installation was done and after few days it just fell from the window… and this shameless people didnt even bother fixing it for another one month… now they dont pick calls and if they pick also they give lame excuses.. SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY FROM THIS KIND OF PEOPLE. CUSTOMERS ARE JUST SOME IDIOTS FOR THEM.
