It was my first time experience here. Ambience (*****)- clean and well maintained Service(*****)- at the reception very professional. Special mention Mr. Nabajyoti Hazarika. He is approachable, professional and extremely polite. Q management(**) - needs lot of improvement. Food(***)- Taste was good but could have served hot. Report delivery (***)- understaffed counter. The one person manning the counter was stressed running here and there to collect the reports and deliver as well although he somehow manages to satisfy the people waiting.

Beautiful infrastructure but no hygiene practices. None of your health professionals use gloves. Not even the blood sample collection. I got phlebitis and vein injury due to poor withdrawal technique. Even the order of draw was incorrect. How pathetic? Unexpected from a brand called "Apollo" Medical Centre, Guwahati.

Very Poor Experience – Not Recommended for Annual Health Check-up Do not come here for an annual health check-up. They call patients at 8:00 AM, but the doctor himself comes only at 10:00 AM. This kind of delay is completely unacceptable. Despite being kept fasting, there is no proper coordination or care. After waiting for hours, they make you sit idle and then ask you to wait till 12:00 PM for the TMT, without even arranging breakfast or explaining the delay. This is a ridiculous and unprofessional service, especially for people who are fasting for medical tests. There is no respect for patients’ time or basic comfort. Highly disappointing experience. Avoid this place for health check-ups.

Not good bro. They take yesterday's patients for tests too means they can't able to finish the days task. Everywhere, there is long queues. I am being empty stomach have to wait till evening (from early morning) for the ultrasound test. Poor management. If I pay for something I must get the good service. This is private Center and not public.

Very slow process. Only the name is Apollo, but the service is not up to the Apollo standard. No systematic process is followed, and the staff behave very rudely. You have to spend the entire day here for a USG test. There is only one USG room and a huge number of patients. Names are called randomly for the test, so you can’t predict when your name will be announced. The only systematic process is in the billing section, where a token system is followed. After billing, no one bothers to guide you further.

My senior citizen parents went for their annual health checks and the experience has been dreadful to say the least. Miscommunications regarding doctors consultancy, overcharging than whats included in the package, misplacing records while collecting reports. Avoid at all cost. Sharing this feedback across platforms for customer awareness.

It is pathetic how slow the process is.... We came around 11:30 AM just to collect the block of a biopsy done in the centre. We had to catch a flight at 4 PM to Delhi for further treatment so wen we were initially asked to wait for 30 mins, we did. After that we went in to ask when we were asked to wait for another 20 mins. After 20 mins we went to ask but again they told us to wait for 30 mins. The incharge of Histopathology was bloody full of attitude when we requested them to expedite the process. We did not do it for free... We paid and we got the most annoying attitude ever.. What are the authorities doin? We had been loyal customers of Apollo for a lot of years but after this I am never coming here... Teach them how to do their work efficiently
