It is the only one pre owned car dealer which deals in luxury car in Assam.Staffs are well mannered and experienced, showroom is also well furnished and they deal with non-accidental vehicle only.

First of its kind in north east the pre ownered luxury segment vehicle's showroom in Guwahati. Amazing collection of cars look like brand new and perfect. All the staffs are knowledgeable , helpful and well behaved.very smooth and wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

Inexperienced mechanics. Knew nothing about the car or how to troubleshoot electrical issues. They provided a wrong diagnosis for one issue and was completely clueless about the other issue, after 3 hours of troubleshooting. While no one expects third party mechanics to know everything about every car, it is quite horrifying to watch them try to google solutions! In the end, they charged me a hefty 500 rupees for wasting my time amd providing WRONG DIAGNOSIS AND ZERO SOLUTIONS! The "service manager" also.seems quite vague ... probably not a technical person. Better to avoid such workshops that scam customers and waste their time. They should pay me for the horrible experience of watching them go about their work cluelessly instead of me paying them.

Best service.. Well behave and friendly staff . Contact them for self drive cars ..

If i have to sum up in one sentence about the service, sales and the response, well I would say ‘ ELITE MOTORS IS THE BBT ( BIG BOY TOYS ) OF ASSAM. Kudos guys. Rise and shine more !

They are irresponsible and egoistic doesn't give value to there costomer however worst service. I don't know how Google rated this worst dealer for 4.7 who doesn't deserve 1 rating I think they hired someone or menupelated to give positive feedback I planned to go against this at to consumer court.

Gone through Elite motors Bosch service center for my car BALENO . It was just most worst experience . They don't have any good response. I went for my car insurance and normal servicing. They have said that the insurance amount will be refound by 2-3 days , but it was not it took almost 8 days . And then also they have not refound my full amount . Insurance work was worst . Not even done properly . Even after I gave my feedback there was no response . I personally feel so bad for it . I never experience such service from other services.
