Third class service by showroom manager. He argued because i have quoted less price. Asking prices was 4.70 and i quote for 4 lakhs. It seams that they expect us to quote as per their expectation. I never had such pathetic experince in Maruti. May god bless him with wisdom.

Visited today and the lack of interest in selling is noteworthy. I am an entrepreneur and since my product range is also related to vehicles and involves explaining features and applications, I smiled looking at the way the so called salespeople attended their clients. Recently, I bought a Kiger RXZ LE from Renault and the experience there was totally opposite. Here, probably the salespeople presume, since the people coming here are there for used vehicles, hence, the attention deserved is less. No more visits to this place 🙏🙏😄 The mileage of Maruti is challenged by the incompetent salespeople at True value it seems 😁😄

Had a horrible experience last Saturday in this place. A male staff here said they have a certain car model that we enquired about through phone, so we took a cab to reach there spending around 350 rupees. Upon reaching True Value the same staff pretended and went around asking other staff where the care is! There was enough time for him to cross-check and inform us if the car was still unsold. We could have changed the direction even have way because time was and is very important. Most surprisingly, he was aggressive and didn't even want to apologize. I would suggest the company to initiate corrective measure to such staff that spoils that image of the company. I can only tell prople to avoid visiting this place.

Most pathetic customer service. I went to buy used car, no one even interested to talk to me and show me options. Just left me unattended and not even answering the questions i asked. Maybe these guys are too rich and not interested in selling. If anyone planning to buy used car please don’t go here. Maruti is definitely losing lot of business because of this dealer.

Not sure whether u will find eligible pre owned cars or not , but u will surely find a lot of accidental cars. The car i was interested in was involved in a terrible accidnt with mismatched body colour panel gaps were irregular and service history showed entire engine was rebuilt that too for a car that had done just 8000 kms . The customer relations personnel are devoid of any knowledge of the car they are selling, and i did not like their behaviour, their body language was terrible. I visited with my father and sister and the person who was quoting the price was almost facing his back towards us while talking to us and with his legs one over other that was very rude. We then decided to get a new car instead of getting a car from such a shady place👎 never visiting again ,never recommending to anyone else either.

Very customer friendly and quality staff with quick response and adhering to customer needs. One such staff namely Saurav Gogoi has been really helpful and addresses the customer needs and queries very efficiently. Different choices of pre owned cars in good condition and within a specified market price are provided. Do shop here. 👌👌👍👍

over priced vehicles,,, they are asking 3.75 lakhs for a alto800 std 2021 model ,2000km driven,,,, onroad price of new alto800 std is 380000 appx(may 2022).... then why should one buy a 2nd hand car,just difference of only 5k..... and other vehices are also over priced ...
