ALL THEY CARE IS YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. 90+ days delay for Extended Warranty refund after my Tata Altroz was declared total loss. GM and Customer Service Manager stopped taking calls, emails were ignored. Completely unprofessional and irresponsible service. Worst experience ever with a Tata Motors service center. Never ever come to this centre. If possible, go to any other Tata service centre — BUT NOT THIS ONE.

The over all experience is good. They have adopted to customers demand . Queries are getting answered on time and you can check and monitor your vehicle status in a what’s app group which is definitely a new add on to their service .

Visited service centre for air conditioner issue. They have checked the complete system and rectified by replacing the evaporator coil. After rectification, the system is functioning properly and fully satisfied with the service. Keep up the good work.

It is inside the Assam industrial area bamunimaidan. My experience was awesome. I got a reminder call for my first service of my Tata Safari. I reached the service centre at 9:30 am today and my car was taken on priority. Mr Pranay attended me and he was very courteous. He explained me what needs to be done in my new car and advised me a tentative amount that could be charged for the service. He advised me that my car will be ready by 1 pm. Then I came back. But Mr. Pranay called me exactly at 1 pm and advised me that due to some issues he will be able to give my car by 3:30 pm. I was happy to note that he called me at appropriate time and I personally liked his professional approach. Then finally he called me when my car was ready. It was overall a fantastic experience with the Kamakhya motors service centre.

They changed my left side rear tyre. I gave for servicing on 22nd June. I also adjust alignment. I am an existing customer for last 2 year. As I am a female driver i didn't check much while receiving. But today when my brother checked. My one tyre condition is pathetic. Shoked. Adding both rear tyre photos.

Really satisfied with the service. Referring service advisor Prasenjit Barman for the quickest of the resolutions and understanding of the technical problems.

Horrible servicing. Daylight robbery in the name of labour charges. Car parts cost 5.5k. But their labour charges cost 7k. And they did not even wash the car. For all the complaining, they say it is according to code. So even their customer service is useless.

Worst after sales service one could ever experienced. Not a single software update can be done properly by the entire team. They are just sitting ducks, have no idea how to resolve issues.
