Tata Motors Cars Showroom - Axom Cars, Dispur

My experience of purchasing Nexon XZA plus from Axom TATA moters was excellent, Mr Prashant Gupta who is a customer adviser was fast to answer all my Queries efficiently and helped out as much as he could. He made the Car purchase easy by offering a complete pre delivery inspection nd also made the paper work smooth. I highly recommend Axom TATA moters for wonderful experience Thaks to all Axom Team.....

I called to enquire about a car.The person who received the call talked so rudely(no greeting/normally like other showrooms etc introduces their showroom).He was just like Hello,Hello,Hello in a rude tone.I thought may be i dailed a wrong no. So i hang up and checked the no.,it was in the listed no. of showroom,at that time he called me back and said he is talking from the showroom(after 3,4 rude Hellos).and asked me why did I called them.I got irritated and was afraid also that if the salesperson is like this what will be the after sale.So i told him,not very politely that I wanted to enquire about a car but now i don't want to buy a car from him atleast(don't know about other staffs,so not saying as the showroom as a whole,will enquire it).HE LATER TOLD ME RATHER SCOLDED ME OK DON'T BUY FROM US.what kind of sales person you are recruiting Axom Motors.Or is that how your all staffs treats a customer at the beginning of his/her car purchase journey.Disappointed.

My experience was very good taking Delivery of Tata Safari Dark Red Edition from Axom cars and behavior and service of sale person 😀 was very nice.

Untrained and unprofessional staff focused solely on earning incentives and commissions through aggressive and forced selling tactics. No one is entitled on providing customer a good car buying experience. They'll try to sell you everything they can by following up on calls continously, once you've paid the money they tend to not bother about you. The size and price of your car or services decides the amount of respect you'll be treated with. I was not given a proper brief about my car, its features and service procedures. Yes people have bad experiences; I've had one, But hoping you all beware from overpaying. I can see the reason behind the bad reviews!
