Yesterday I took the delivery of my first car - Tata Nexon Kaziranga edition from your showroom. It was an awesome experience for me. It's hard to express in words. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and polite. I would like to give my special thanks to sales executive Bikash who helped me, guided me and was always in contact with me throughout the journey till now and I hope it continues further. Disappointed after purchasing Tata Car(Tiago). At 16000km steering Wreck has to replaced. At 18000km gear cable has to be replaced. At 20000km Battery has to be replaced. Noise come from every where from inside the car. Dashboard, doors makes noise. seat vibrats in ideal position. ORVM jam and noise. But when ask for solution they say it will be there Tata has these issues. I have trusted TATA, but now regretting.

Tata motors showroom review:- Outside of showroom:- It's in good location and easy to locate Outside of showroom, it has fresh air Inside of showroom:- It's not so big in space according to me Suffocating as Air conditioner is not on Note:- I m big follower of Ratan Tata **So it's only for the particular showroom review**

One of the worst experience while buying a new car from this delear. No after sales support, no accountability at all to provide the necessary required documents for a new car. Temporary registration which is to be provided by the dealer was not provided to us, despite multiple calls and email, the delayed providing the documents. Which caused a lot of inconvenience. My advice to new buyers to avoid this delear, if u want smooth transaction and adequate customer support.

It was a very Good experience in this showroom. Recently I bought a New Punch Top Model and the entire process was Hassle free and the behavior of the entire Team was Very courteous and humble. My Special thanks to Sales Executive Mr. Munmun, who guided and helped in the entire process and was extremely kind and helpful.
