Tata Motors Cars Showroom - Kamakhya Motors, Guwahati

I bought my Tata Nexon creative here on 30th January,2026. As promised by sale excecutive they told me that they would give extra ₹10,000 cash discount , also offered another ₹3000 discount as they have talked to me as offer. I told them that i did not need that ₹3000 discount , rather I told them to give me seat cover free and I paid ₹3000 for that and another ₹3000 they would pay as per deal. As per deal we got my car deliver and went back to home after paying all those payment. One day later sale excecutive called me that I have to pay ₹3000 and I denied for that.My question is if they have any doubt regarding payment then they would tell me that delivery day only.. This is very shamefull that they are asking for money after car delivery..

I would not suggest anyone going to this showroom. I bought a Tiago XT Rythm for my father and was in contact with Bharat Gohai the sales representative. The car got delivered on 30 April. Till now all was good but then I needed a document from them and then the behaviour of the sales representative changed.THEY ONLY KNOW YOU TILL U TAKE DELIVERY AFTER THAT U ARE NOBODY TO THEM...this is not something that we expect from a good establishment....I won't recommend anyone going here.
