I recently took delivery of my new Taigun car from PPS and I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude and share my experience. From the moment I walked through the door, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Manager Achinta Das was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, answering all of my questions and guiding me through the entire process with professionalism and care. Their expertise made choosing the right vehicle and I truly felt valued as a customer. The delivery process was seamless. I appreciated the thorough walkthrough of the vehicle, where Achinta Das and a entire tram took the time to explain all the features and ensure I felt comfortable before driving off. It was evident that customer satisfaction is a top priority Thank you once again for such a positive experience. I will certainly be recommending PPS Motors to friends and family looking for a vehicle in the future.

Very disappointing experience at the Volkswagen service Guwahati. For a brand like Volkswagen, I expected much better customer service and professionalism. Definitely needs improvement.

"Worst experience Related To insurance And Service !!!! PPS motors Guwahati is Shame to North East !!!" Myself Taigun Owner from a military Background (Out Of State Customer) , the vehicle was met with an accident (Not of my fault) on "December 2024 - And i got back my vehicle on October 2025 ! " Yes it took 10 months for insurance related repair and delivery. PPS motors denied me Cashless facility and i was having All India cashless facility in my Insurance and As a customer i had to fight through the internal mechanism of Vw group All alone to literally get my cashless done . Very rude staff , Irresponsbile managers and Non cooperative behaviour the Highlight of this showroom. Out of state customers residing In Bengal especially in darjeeling area better to opt for Kolkatta showroom. ( word of caution). The vehicle's fit and finish after delivery is worst . Still struggling to drive the vehicle properly. Service is of the Lowest Standards Volkswagen India please take note If yo want to stay in the Longer Game in India. North East Of India deserves Better ....!!!! Jai Hind.

I just wanted to share my amazing experience on purchase my brand new car. I’m Super happy with the service and support to all the staff .

Pathetic Service centre! Very disappointed with the service centre. Appointments are always scheduled a month later, the phone line is usually busy, and when I finally get through, I’m given nothing but excuses.

Pathetic Service Centre. They do not honour booking time. Thinking of selling my VW cause of this poor service experience. Receiving a car even after appointment takes them more than 2 hours. And to just run a diagnostic check, they wasted my whole day. Very unprofessional and casual service advisors and a Service Manager, who is not taken seriously by his team. Advice to new buyers to stay away from buying a VW car till VW opens a larger and better service centre in Guwahati and more so in North East.

Excellent service. Specially Raktim and the entire VW Guwahati team have been so helpful. I will certainly refer others to visit and consider Vw cars.
