Never buy pet from their shop.I lost my boy just 10 days after buying him from this shop.They gave me a pup already infected with Parvovirus.Remembring him almost after 5 years and writing this review in pain. The photo is of his grave (Louie)

We were able to find only some of the pet medicines and not all so 4stars

If you want your pets to be safe please I suggest don’t go to this clinic..you can visit for normal check up but not other serious problems..the doctor will not tell also that he knows nothing..he will call for the treatment and he will vanish. In this clinic my pet was under wrong treatment for 1 month.wrong injections were given for that she has developed kidney problem now..and for this kidney problem her actual problem has become more critical..& he (the doctor)was about to try a surgery on her also.. Please wherever you take your pets make sure that you know your doctors degree very well & his/her years of experience. She was a healthy female And my LUCY expired the next day

Changing my review after 5 months, I would have lost my boy if I had continued listening to them. Pet parents, take some time in your hand and take your pet to the veterinary instead of risking their life. No matter the reason for visiting the docs. Pls go to veterinary.

The doctor is good but the staff does not know pet handling.i took my beautiful Pomeranian for grooming and he turned her to beast

I would like to share a very BAD experience in this store. The owner of this store is VERY RUDE to Customer. He doesn't respond respectfully to the Customers. He is very impatient and makes the customers look bad. As a pet store owner, he should be patient and understanding to know what the requirements of the customers are. Very disappointed with the experience with the pet store owner. NEVER VISITING NOR REFERRING THIS STORE TO ANYONE.

Good place, but in terms of dog toys/accessories; stocks are not good. They deals in dogs, fishes (mainly gold fish) and birds. I heard few complains from other customers that dog food packets have insects/flies inside. Can't comment on that as I never personally purchased any food. Most of the time I bought medicine and supplements and I used to get it in good quality.

Located at MT road near Gate Hospital this is very old Pet shop of Guwahati. They have good Verity of docs and all the products required for pet. Doctor facility is also available. Owner is also very good.
