Hiyaa's (clinic & surgical centre for pets)

We took our dear cat Cookie for checkup when she got a scratch wound near her ear. The doctors took really great care of her. They were so empathetic to the point that our cat, who hates vet clinics, cooperated with them completely. We were really surprised at that. Really recommend the clinic for treatments.

Doctor saved my cat's life. Certainly, degrees can't buy empathy. There are many vets who don't even care and are mean like Khanapara govt. hospital. But this clinic provides good treatment along with empathy and compassion for animals which is rare nowadays. Will visit again if required. Thank you doctor and overall staff.

Worst place I have ever visited!....I lost my pet dog after visiting her. She does not disclose the injections....beware...the 1st sign of wrong treatment. This Dr doesn't have experience in handling critical cases. Just a pet shop to sell accessories and make money. She vaccinated my pet despite me objecting it saying it's ok he will be fine. Hands over your pets to the boys to handle and even to administer injections. Name of this Dr is Smriti Rekha Dutta....very rude and arrogant....stay away from her to keep your pet alive. DON'T GO HERE IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET🙏

Dr. Smriti is a very good and experienced doctor. She takes utmost care of pets and treatment provided by her is awesome.

Very good doctor My pup body got poisoned from a toxin she swallowed, we immediately took her to the clinic, within 10 mins of medication she recovered.
