THE WORST.. our beloved dog expired at only 5yrs and 6 months due to excessive medication. Dr Baishya, the most renowned vet, seems to have taken it as a challenge to cure our pet of Babesiosis in such a manner that he completely overlooked chances of MULTIPLE ORGAN FAILURE. We are heartbroken and devastated

Horrible... AVOID IT. Even Street Vendors treat customers better. Seeing the two bossy lady it feels like they are Constipated for ages. Worse even they lie of sharing bill on WhatsApp but they don't.

The worst in the name of clinic ... Their doctor Mr Koch doesn't know anything ...they killed my Cat ...the are unable to detect disease... They do wrong diagnosis n wrong treatment .... I lost my cat Sophie .... Anyone willing to save there pet in case of EMERGENCY PLEASE DONT BRING IT TO MAX... I HAVE ALL THE PROFF FOR FILL A COMPLAIN IN INTERNATIONAL ANIMAL RIGHTS ... AND I LL SURELY DO THAT ...Very Bad behaviour... after i caught them ... Totally worthless ... Only the INTERIOR IS GOOD AND NOTHING

One of the worst veterinary clinic in Guwahati. They will charge you enormously but your pet will be handled by unskillful people who are not even studying veterinary science. My pet is in dying condition because of them. They lie, they don’t know anything about customer service, they lack professionalism. If you really want your pet to heal from diseases, don’t come here.

One of the best clinic for pets available in guwahati all thank to Dr. Pranjit and Dr. Manna... They treated all my loved one with all the priority... I am writing this review with a very heavy heart since I lost my beloved dog but all thanks to the whole team because they have tried the level best but unfortunately she was diagnosed a quite late since there was no visible symptoms... But though anyways I would always refer all pet owners atleast give a try may be it will be the best for your loved ones.

VISIT THIS CLINIC AT YOUR OWN RISK. No MRP was mentioned on the snap PARVO AG kit. Hence they charged more than 50% on the kit. When you buy it from the vet hospital the amount is Rs 460 but since the kit was out of stock we went to Max and they charged Rs 1200 including GST from us. There's no printed price on the kit that's why the shop looks super suspicious. Also the staff themselves claim that doing business is tough (which doesn't mean they will charge any price from the customer). Didn't expect such behaviour from them, totally bogus clinic.

They Cut the Whiskers of my Persian Cat. Worthless Clinic. I have sent my cat for grooming, at some places they put the razor 🪒 too close to his skin too. Avoid at all costs. They don't even know that whiskers are not to be touched. Pathetic. Zero Stars
