Update: my puppy was diagnosed with idiopathic epilepsy as well and even that was termed genetic. This place sucks for breeding unhealthy puppies! I bought a male labrador puppy from them back in April. They told me the puppy was around 50 days old and completely healthy with no genetic conditions. Told me they got this puppy from Chandigarh. As first time owners, I trusted their judgement and was happy with my puppy. I took him for a vet visit because after doing more research I found out that he was exceptionally small for a 50 day old labrador puppy (2kgs) and 3 vets examined him and determined that he was way younger than 50 days, around 35-40. Well okay, we took necessary action required to get him healthy and happy. Then started the issues with his gait, even at around 50 days, he was showing signs of hip problems. Upon more examination by vet doctors with 25+ years of experience, turns out he has hip dysplasia that is genetic. This mean Paws and Klaws are unethically breeding puppies that are destined to live a life in pain. I tried calling them, to get some information on the pups parents but I never even heard back from them. The medication for hip dysplasia is very expensive and will require continuous treatment throughout his life. Even if we ignore this, my puppy is going to spend his entire life with limited abilities and will always be in pain. By god’s grace, we are able to afford his care and give him the attention he requires, but I cannot imagine the stress this would put on someone else. All of this could be avoided if Paws and Klaws chose to breed ethically; only mating dogs that have a clear health history so that the chances that a litter is healthy is much higher. Please take better care of the pets you put on display. I visited recently it is winter time now and I saw a poor dog caged up sleeping on the cold metal bars. Like atleast give him a bed to sleep on if you are going to restrict the dog's freedom for such a long period of time! I cannot imagine how frustrated and helpless the dog may have felt. Did not even see water bowls near him.

The best pet store in Guwahati, hands down. The staff are always super friendly, and offer helpful advice on all pet matters. Would recommend to anyone with a puppy, especially. From the day I got Coco my lab, there had been many questions about what to feed, which brand is better, or health related queries of my pup which Mr Rakesh Sharma helped answer gladly. There had been times when we would call him even at night and he would always pick up. The best customer service I would gladly say. The staff is extremely helpful. As evident from the name - this shop can best be exemplified as selling, grooming & treating centre of all kinds of non-Indian pets like birds, dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, poultry etc. Provision for prior order for selected ones of any breed is also open here. All kinds of pet foods are amply available in this centre. An expert veterinary doctor always sits there in a cabin inside the store. A separate spacious, clean and well equipped hall is also there which is used as Pet Grooming Enclave. All customers are graced with nice, warm, well behaved reception. People come to this particular shop from far-flung areas to get the services. This store has been able to earn a high rate of popularity because of all it's features. Highly recommended.

A little confused about what the customer demands and what they give you, they messed up a medicine, gave me a costlier lotion when I was asking for an ointment. Idk if it was on purpose or what. Otherwise, a good store, almost everything is available, a little discount is on the table.
