I just got Best puppy in the world ❤️ I brought it on 16 August 2023. I literally searched whole Guwahati but I didn’t find pure bread but here in PET CITY I found one 🫶 i brought it when he was just 40 days old and now its been 8 months ❤️ and more to goo!!! Thankyou PET CITY for giving me such a beautiful golden retriever ❤️

Bought this 70 litres aquarium. This price is cheaper than that available online and included six fishes and aquarium decoration items. A person also visited my home to set up the aquarium.

I visited Pet city with a stray dog which was looked over by the vet (Dr.Sanghamitra). She's a very passionate and well behaved doc. She took good care of the dog. The staff at this shop is very friendly and well mannered. Overall a very good experience.

They dont have anything basically, puppies also they call someone and ask them to share video. They will show you video and will ask for advance money. Only then they will get the puppy after 2,3 days and then will call you. No authentication. No documents..nothing they have of the breed they are selling

Worst pet center in Guwahati. Never visit this place if you want to buy a new pet for you. Behaviour is very bad and i will recommend that you should not buy anything for them. On 1st of may I purchased a gsd from them today its 22 may and i dog died. They wouldn’t take any blame and they neglect the reason and everything. Please don’t get fraud by them.

They don't have a proper etiquette. They are just doing business out there and playing with the lives of innocent. They treat the animals very badly and sell defective babies which are about to die and after the customer suffers, they neglect and shows very negative attitude and honestly saying if you want your fur babies to be with you for a longer period and want a healthier one don't opt for pet city. The worst service I have ever seen. Demons on earth they are surely karma's gonna hit them hard. Don't ever try them. They neither have a veterinary doctor and if they do also the doctor is never present..and the medicine they sell are also of bad quality and maybe expired but double printed

First of all they give you false pic of the puppy and then when u go to collect the puppy they bring the poorest quality of pup, we went there and the puppy they showed was weak and thin. Do not get dogs from them. All they do is a scam!!! When we caught their scam they were not able to say a single thing all they did was sit in the corner without saying a single thing, there are many other kennels you can buy your pets from with better prices. They wasted our time and they will waste ur time too, so don't even go there. They are not even real dog breeders they day they get their dogs from Punjab but they are all poor locally bred dogs.

Shop is good with different items u need for your pet but the store boys don't care about customers needs. They even can't provide money change. I wanted to purchase a shampoo for my dog worth RS. 200 n I gave them 500. They said "give change, we can't provide change only for purchase of Rs.200." So stupid n manner less people work there.
