I had an excellent experience at Progressive Pet Clinic, where Dr. Arup Das performed surgery on my dog, Kimiko. His expertise, care, and gentle approach made all the difference in her recovery. Truly grateful to the entire team for their professionalism and compassion!

Worst experience in this clinic. I visited with my puppy, she was just going through loose motion but very active & playfully. At first they gave some medicine by saying nothing to worry it's all because of the change in food but after taking medicine she stopped eating food so I took her there again and they said it's parvo. They gave medicine but no improvement only puppy was getting worse.. they again said don't worry it will be fine within 3 days u just have to give Celine and medicine and maintain hygiene.. I did everything I even asked them to change medicine when the puppy started vomiting.. they said don't worry kl suba tkk improvement ajayega.. But after 6 days of visiting there she died.. i should have visited other vet. Which gives better treatment and respond anytime. Even during emergency when I try to forcefully contact them they only reply kl ajana🤦 I think if they give close monitor and change medicine according to my puppy condition she could have been saved😭😭

They were treating my Dog from Dec 2024 for skin infection. Lots of medicine have been given to my poor dog who is no more. They gave thyroid medication upto 300 power despite normal thyroid result, due to which my dog became inactive, upon communicating the same to the doctor, he asked to continue thyroid medicine. From 5th July25 my dog had loose motion and cough with fever, they put him under seline and many injections were given, which were not necessary. My poor dog took his last breath on 9:53am of 11th July 2025. This clinic is not at all recommended, as they have killed my preety Dog 'Honey' due to wrong treatment.

Dr Arup is brilliant gave consultation with 100%effort. Fully satisfied staff are generous and humble. Your pet needs his touch best doctor.

Decent experience timings could have been better like 8-10pm is too late for some of us

Very good experience I had whenever I tool my pets or stray animals for treatment. Dr. Arup Sir is very well experienced and good in his work. Overall a safe place for your pets for their good treatment and stay.

Quite a set up inside a residential address. With space for parking and a dedicated team for your pets. My dogs had quite a time. The appointment was fast and he doctors operation worked like a charm. The fees is reasonable as well.

Dr. Arup is the best vet doctor in guwahati. He will treat your baby like his own with love and care. Very dedicated doctor. Helpful staff.
