Vet Care veterinary Clinic

I purchased drools from Amazon which was for an adult just for confirmation I called this vvet care clinic that wheather I can feed adult food to a 8montha golden retriever. Insisted of giving solution the person who I think is an shopkeeper suggested me to consult online from where I purchased. Also disconnected the call when I asked him whether he is an shopkeeper or a vaterinary doctor.. Worst experience ever instead of giving solution this clinic disconnected the call and they call them as vet care clinic.

My stray cat was suffering from a fungal infection. I couldn’t take her to the clinic and went with a picture instead. The unprofessional people from the shop prescribed lots of medicines and prepared a hefty bill. Next day my cat suffered from neural dysfunction due to overdose. The doctor next way was so casual and laughing at my cat’s condition, discussing “look what they prescribed her”. He put a stethoscope and within seconds said my cat’s “nerves were damaged” and that she won’t survive. He even refused ro give her saline. I wonder why have they made a doctor available if he doesn’t know anything. Fortunately I came back and took care of her despite his negative comments, and my cat is now doing fine, after a whole day of suffering and being away from her infants. Please do not take your pets to this place!

Very bad experience. Took my cocktail bird to this vet because he was acting weak and his poop was not clear . The vet told it was normal and he did nothing about it. Few days later due to weakness my baby bird died. It is very sad that these veterinarians are here and charging a lot for nothing. Please be careful before you take to this vet and dont let your pet’s life in danger due to such inexperienced vets.

They prescribed wrong medication to one of my friend's cat and because of which the cat became severely ill. The doctor had no empathy and didn't even give the cat saline or any other counter medication.

Dr. K. K. Bhagwati was my dog's doctor. He performed the wrong surgery on my dog. He overlooked our repeated pointing out of the symptoms that we have observed in our dog. And inspite of realising his mistakes, he was adamant in proving his diagnosis to be true and correct. Later, when we visited other doctor for second opinion, we were informed that he sewed the urine passage of our dog during a fisser operation which resulted in accumulation of toxins in his body. Because of the doctor's wrong diagnosis and inflexible decisions, my dog suffered for 15 days continuously and ultimately died on 28th May 2024. Kindly beware!

I don't recommend this place. They are highly unprofessional and non serious people, don't even know if the vets are qualified enough to treat. Had a terrible experience with my cat. If you care for your pet or stray, don't take them to this place.

I would advice to check on google rather visiting this vet. Doesn’t know anything, not even sure if the degree these people have is legit or not. ***** Don’t visit this store at any cost ****
