This clinic is fantastic for cats! 😻 Dr. Snehansu Sinha Ma'am provided excellent treatment for our 6-month-old kitten, Tiku. She wasn't eating due to a leg injury, but within 3 hours of medication, she was using her litter box and eating/drinking again! 💖 Highly recommend! ✨

Excellent Vet Clinic for Rabbits! I recently visited this clinic for a health check-up of my rabbit, and I’m very happy with the experience. The doctor was knowledgeable, gentle, and handled my rabbit with great care. They explained everything clearly — from diet to daily care — and made sure my pet was comfortable during the check-up. The clinic was clean, well-organized, and the staff was polite and helpful. Highly recommend this place to all pet owners.

Many people seem to have mixed experiences with this clinic, and unfortunately, ours wasn’t a pleasant one. One of the doctors, I believe her name was Kashmira (though I don’t recall it vividly), treated our dog who was suffering from a skin condition. Despite spending a significant amount of money and following up multiple times, we saw no improvement and received very little clarity or support from the team. Eventually, we decided to switch to another veterinary clinic, which turned out to be both more affordable and effective. Pets are part of our family, and when they’re in pain, it deeply affects us too. As veterinarians, it’s important to understand that empathy and proper communication matter just as much as treatment. Overall, our experience here was disappointing.

I visited this clinic some two weeks back with my pet. He was suffering from severe vomition, high fever and inappetance. He was treated for two days and he's totally fine now. I really appreciate the support of the doctor and also the humble and friendly behaviour of the staffs.

All the staff members are very friendly and the doctor is also very experienced,professional and friendly. My dog was facing itching issues and because of their treatment my dog got fully recovered just within 2-3 days.

Very good experience. The doctors are very good with animals. Cares to give time to bond with the pets so that they don't get anxious.

My pet Dog Gudu died recently... The main reason for her death was the negligence and wrong treatment by a inexperienced doctor named Dr. Shyamal deep Gogoi.. The surgery for her ovariohysterectomy was done in VetGalaxy Healthcare N Diagnostics by Dr. Shyamal Deep Gogoi and due to his and his team's negligence and mistreatment,today Gudu is no more with us.. We have verified that Gudu was undergoing wrong treatment by consulting one of the senior doctors of College of Veterinary Science, Khanapara.. I just want to say to all those pet owners that always research carefully and talk with some trusted experienced doctor before taking your pet to Veterinary Hospitals like Vetgalaxy for treatment.

My dog is completely fine now. Thankyou to Dr. Snehangsu for providing special care to Oscar. He infact answered all my questions too. Also, the staff was amazing. Thankyou for the amazing service.😊
