The vet showed a complete lack of common sense and professionalism. I took my small dog in for a haircut, and there were two dogs infected with parvo at the clinic which we were not informed about at all. When we questioned them out of concern, the vet reacted very casually, as if parvo was no big deal. They even brought the parvo-infected dog near my puppy, which is extremely unsafe. There was no proper sanitization, no precautions, nothing. Absolutely irresponsible behavior. This place is hopeless and highly not recommended. I truly pray for the two dogs infected with parvo may God bless them. But the staff and the vet at this clinic are careless, unprofessional, and should be held accountable for such dangerous negligence.

Since the day I adopted my pet I've been visiting this place. It's perfectly reliable and in any case of my pet I bug them anytime and they respond right away. Like calls to like, I'm very grateful to Star Pets! To all the pet owners out there, this clinic is highly recommended, don't think twice! Excellent pet care and reliable Service! I’ve been ordering most of my dogs’ medications from this pet shop for quite some time, and I must say they’ve been absolutely reliable. Their home delivery service is prompt and convenient, and their pricing is very reasonable compared to most other stores. What I really appreciate is that they always have a wide range of veterinary medicines and pet essentials available — it saves me the trouble of searching around. During 2024, one of my puppies was also vaccinated by their team, and it was done perfectly and professionally. I don’t remember the name of the person who administered it, but they handled it very well. Overall, it’s a trustworthy pet shop that genuinely cares about pets and provides consistent, high-quality service. Definitely a thumbs up from me and my pack! 🐾💙

I went there with my cat for X-ray. My cat has internal bleeding and she was in shock. Anaesthesia is very risky and should only be attempted after checking the haemoglobin levels. Just for the money they gave anaesthesia without checking and my cat died within an hour.

Medicine doctor is very calm and professional but the black surgery doctor is very unprofessional.

The Worst!!! The behaviour of the doctor was so soo rude!! I'm not even sure he was a doctor, because I've visited Star Pets before also. The doctor was different he was really helpful. But today, this guy who claims to be the doctorz he was so worst!! Couldn't even diagnose, couldn't say what's happening to him, and the behaviour!! God!! Charged 300 for the " Doctor visit" ! Which is okay, if they could only tell what happened to him. Wasted!! Very unprofessional , overpriced with no proper service. Won't recommend to anyone, please don't go!!!
