They didn't justify the space which they have used. It is a very big outlet but collection is the worst. I went to get some good clothes for my child but came out empty handed. It is better to shop from their online website rather than visiting the store as there is no discount at all. All the stuffs are on MRP. Staffs were friendly and the floor was very slippery . Parking available and good location .

The store was very big, but the placements of the clothes as per age was not there. Wanted to shop for newborns but the experience was unpleasant. Clothes of all ages like 0-3M, 3-6M, 2 years etc were placed in the same area. It was so difficult to shop plus service and attitude of the staffs who were in the aisle was not good at all. Areas marked “Boys Wear” had girls clothes displayed and vice versa. Had so much expectation coming to the store but was highly disappointed.

Very Nice shopping experience at store... Lot of products and varieties... The customer service provided by Ms Gita Thapa is outstanding.. I wish Gita a lot of success and a great career ahead... The only thing I want to point out is everything is great but visibility from road is bad also closed parking sign is also a hindrance in parking.

They ask payment for bags. But as per law pass you can not charge for bags where you advertise with your brand. And they knowingly doing this practice. Disappointed.

I had a great experience shopping at the Firstcry lachit nagar store! The store has a wide variety of baby products, from clothes and diapers to toys and gear. I was particularly impressed with the new summer clothing collection. The store was also well-organized and clean, making it easy to browse. While some items might be a bit pricier than online, the ability to see and touch the products before buying, and the helpful in-store assistance, made it worthwhile. I would definitely recommend this Firstcry store to other parents!
