All staffs are corrupted as they are taking for delivery charges unnecessary. We are ready to give delivery charges but it should include on bill, they don't have talking sense and staffs are too much arrogant. If it is 1st or 2nd floor they can ask for delivery charges, but it should be on bill without mention on bill why we will give delivery charges of Rs.100/-.

Staff are untrained. Recently went there for changing my Bank a/c liked to LPG subsidy. Before that I called them asking for documents required. The phone is picked by the owner & he said to bring passbook with LPG card. When I went there all 2 staffs sitting there denied for account change. Even one of the staff said that their boss is stupid and knows nothing! Finally I have to go through IOC.

I got a excelent service. I was working and living alone in guwahati but did not face any problem regarding booking gas and I used to get gas delivered at my desired day. Also while transferring my connection post my official transfer, the process was hasselfree. And the person dealing with the same was very co operative.

This is Indane Gas Agency offering service to Lachit Nagar and nearby areas of Guwahati. Very efficient and freindly front office staff. Completed my interstate transfer reconnection and delivery of cylinder in one day. Five star for efficient service.

I give them 1 star becouse I was booked my gas cylinder but the gas supplier call me and my cylinder deliver to another one . Why ? Than i calling them. But no response cut my phn calls.

Very good Survice

Very very bad service. First they don't accept online booking( they should have told it earlier I made booking online since 10 days and when contacted agency they told no on-line booking. After booking offline you have to wait at least 20-25 days bcz they don't have cylinder in their stock. But if you want in black it's available.)
