Khoka Rentals, Tour and Travellers

Had a very poor experience. The car provided to me had a white number plate, which raised serious concerns about compliance and customer safety for a rental vehicle. For anyone planning long journeys or interstate travel (especially Meghalaya), please be cautious—enforcement can be strict and customers may end up facing issues/fines. At minimum, ask for written proof of permits/authorization before taking the car. On top of that, the business process felt unprofessional: there was no clear fuel/petrol policy, and they deducted unnecessary amounts from my advance without a proper, transparent explanation. The owner’s behavior at vehicle return was extremely rude and disrespectful. Overall, I do not recommend this rental. The company needs basic professionalism, clear billing policies, and respectful customer handling.
