Located near the bank of river Brahmaputra near Latasil playground, this cultural centre has a beautifully designed ( interior) auditorium though it is not very large but essentially good and cozy for a medium sized gathering

This is an extraordinary cultural centre in the heart of Guwahati city. I would like to talk about some other experiences rather than the cultural aspects of the centre which is of course brilliant. That is , one can have the beautiful views of the Brahmaputra river from this building, especially the evening, the sunset, the beautiful smallest river island of the world on the river Brahmaputra, the ropeway and the Ferries crossing the river ! All these things are just Amazing !
