Good location if you have a personal vehicle, great property as well but rooms are in dilapidated condition. No maintenance at all.

The rooms don’t match the price at all. Feels like a place made just to list on Airbnb, without real comfort or value. Not worth the cost. Putting enough efforts to decorate the rooms with unnecessary things. No welcome drinks, but there is wine glasses. TV holder and wires without TV. Kitchen without spoon. Found like wanna-be homestay owner.

We had a great experience at Baruah Abax. Fully home like feeling. Very amiable environment with co operative, gentle, helpful staffs. The owner of the apartment (Madam) was very humble and generous, she provided us all the facilities more than we expected. Whenever we will visit Guwahati, Baruah Abax will be our first choice. Loved Baruah Abax..

A very nice place indeed,Super comfortable.They have ACs in both the rooms and double beds.The rooms are clean and hygienic.Hv kitchen facilities if required.At a reasonable cost they provide homely food.Freeze and water purifier is also there in each room.My hearty wishes to owner Jyotsna madam for every success.

One of the most embarassing experiences ever with any Oyo bookings. Even though the booking was confirmed 3 days before the expected check in date, the property owner Mrs. Baruah denied me to check in stating that the place is fully accommodated. I had to face a lot of difficulty as after travelling for 7 long hours I expected to check in and rest. On top of that, I was charged with ₹200 as cancellation charge by Oyo
