Their customer service is totally fu***d up. Better to buy from a local shop than to even remember to order from here. They never really answer your calls and even do not deliver the books on the promised date. This time they did not even bother to deliver the books I ordered. The shop isn't promising and the delivery man, my God, steals the free books which we should get and also does not pick up the calls. And not to forget the delivery man might also be taking extra money from us who knows. I really had a terrible experience regarding this shop.
