Purchased multiple filtration units from this company. Always delayed. Technician never sent on time. Never given priority outside Assam. Lied to about sending technician on dates fixed by themself. Having to look for local technicians from Nagaland to fix their issues after waiting for a week. Products once sold should also continue to get good service as good as they sell their products. Disappointed.
