DTDC Courier Service

I ask parsel. It was very important document what is the use of speed post demand extra money for early delevery so i pay the extra money. They told. that delevery in two day its happen for days still not deleverd.

I went to their office on Friday afternoon to have a package delivered to Mumbai, and by Saturday evening, the package had been received in Mumbai. The pricing was reasonable, and the delivery was incredibly quick.

Valuable parcel which was to reach in 2 days took more than 10 days. There was no tracking updates on their website. With great difficulty I reached customer support on phone and had to aggressively follow up. No one had definite answer as to where the parcel is. Fortunately, it reached the destination. Overall disastrous experience.

I had sent courier through DTDC twice (offline, I went to their office). Their service is great as the parcels always reached on time (both times I'd chosen express shipping). Prantik (the person I always meet in the office) is very polite and helpful, he guided us with the packaging. Will recommend.

Process was so easy, Service was very good, Behaviour of service guy was also satisfied. Did a courier to Pasighat, price is reasonable, packing was awesome. Location is also very good, you a park a car or bike easily. Expecting to take more service from DTDC. Really loved it. Courier service is also very fast.

DTDC silpukhuri , the receptionist should be polite to the customers , I went to submit my parcel for the first time and the lady in the reception was very impolite towards me. I wasn't expecting this. This isn't the kind of behavior the receptionist should show when some customer is asking for some information.

One of the employee charged me 4000 rupees for delivering the package saying they will have to deliver the package via private vehicles so it will take extra charges. And after i paid him. He is not taking calls . His name is Rahul Gupta and his contact info is 700206614
