I lived at this place but when I was leaving the owner tried every way to deny me my security .. and eventually succeeded.. first he tried to deny it claiming he ll need to repaint for the next tenent.. once he learnt he was not legally entitled to that since I had kept the place in good condition he started to add useless charges I don't even recall.. some i remember were like wifi and library access which he called amenities.. finally when I was refusing to leave without my security he asked his father to use his age and respect to get me out.. his father at that point said he ll look into later but I leave first because a new tenent was coming and gave me his word.. I called him after couple weeks he first gave a personal reason for the delay then straight up said "sorry those things are handled by my son". At one point the owner also threatened me with police action saying do you want to get into all those right before your APSC Interview.
