Very poor service. I went to deposit cash and a soiled note was present. But they didn't accept the soiled note. I could sense the hesitation at their level to do their own job. How incompetent can a staff be??? Soiled/ mutilated notes must be replaced immediately as per RBI directives. How can an urban branch be this lax in their job is beyond any comprehension. My review is only about cash deptt. Please take it accordingly.
