Bakers Mart

I shop there from the very beginning they started their small shop when I was also a home baker back then in 2017-18...Though I am very happy to see their growth and extension of business all across NE but very sorry to say that the stuffs who they recruit, are working there are lacking of manner, professionalism, work culture and etiquette. The store looks like a kindergarten school, always noisy and they are always busy in some fun with each other. No senior is there to look after these kiddish employees and look after the customers. They really don't care that customer is also bearing their noise. I think they only prefer big party customers not small budget customers. I am used to it so it became very normal for me coz I am dependent on them in urgency. I raised the issue with the owners long back and they listened but no changes happened. I accepted them like this only. If you are ok with all these then come or don't come it's your wish.

The behaviors of this mart is pathetic. They don't know how to behave with customers, they can't properly give details of the things of the shop. If asked,they are asks customers to leave the place,as if there are only one baker shop in Guwahati. My honest review is to not go there.

Bakers Mart is a one stop shop where you can buy everything related for making Cakes, Cookies etc. I like this place but only one thing I want to share that the price of the items is a little bit higher, that's why I am giving 4 Star's otherwise it's a cool place for Baking items. I recommend everyone to visit this shop at least once and try. Nowadays you will find a little crowded in this place as all of you know Merry Christmas and Happy New Year is coming.⭐🌟✨⚡💥💯

The staff are so careless they charged me 330 for a product which I didn't purchased and till now they didn't refunded and no responses made by the manager.

Although a wide variety of essential items are available, but many products seems to be old and dirty .

Materials to bake cakes, cupcakes available. Few items like numbers, good toppings etc were missing hopefully they stock it up soon.

Great place for buying birthday cakes and cake items . Staff members are really good.

Recently, I got a few items from Bakersmart Guwahati and it’s been a very pleasant experience. Although our order was not extensive, the staff intricately worked alongside to provide very good assistance. All items were competitively priced and were way ahead of expiration date. I’d highly recommend people in Dispur area to check this store and get all your baking goodies.
