I’ve been to many studios, but NAMAH YOG STUDIO is something special. The space is impeccably clean and has such a calming energy from the moment you walk in. The Instructors led an incredible flow that was both challenging and restorative. Their cues were spot-on, making it easy to follow without constantly looking up. I left feeling two inches taller and completely centered. Truly the highlight of my week!"
