I recently had an excellent service experience which I’d like to share. Miss Priya has handled my booking with professionalism and great communication. She constantly followed up with me over calls, booked my service dates, inquired and arranged a specific part for me on a very short notice. The great part is she was available for calls even on her off day. I really appreciate such good professionalism and dedication. She was also actively involved throughout the service process, providing me information about the timeline and somehow managed to get my servicing done very swiftly during rush hours. Also, Himangshu Deka, my service advisor has been very helpful with providing me information and assistance regarding the servicing and the work being done. I have always had great service experience with Himangshu, he has always gone above and beyond providing the best of service. Honestly, the team at Axom Motors are redefining the service experience of Tata Motors. A 100% recommended for everyone!

I had a great experience at this service centre. The team was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. They diagnosed the issue accurately, kept me informed throughout, and delivered the car on time. Quality workmanship and honest pricing. I’ll definitely return for future services as I am their regular customer. Also for a recent incident I would really like to appreciate their work as my car showed some serious issue and I took my car to another authorised service workshop but nowhere the issue was solved whereas Axom Cars solved the issue within a very short period of time. The General Manager, The Service Advisor and the mechanical staff are very transparent, professional and provide quality work. This service workshop is truly reliable and trustworthy.

I had a wonderful experience during the first service of my car. The customer service was awesome. I was given more than two reminders for the first servicing. The CRO booked a day and time for my car. On the day of the servicing a driver was sent by the service centre who picked up my car and then the same driver drove my car back to my apartment after the servicing was done. I was charged a reasonable fee for this extra service. At the service centre, the customer lounge was pretty comfortable. The servicing was done on time and done very well. Good job Axom Cars Service Centre.

I would like to appreciate the excellent service I received. Ms. Nisha Gogoi handled my booking with great communication and professionalism. She constantly followed up, adjusted the dates as per my availability, and even arranged a last-minute service slot on my request. Truly helpful and courteous. Mr. Montu, the service supervisor, and Mr. Rohit, the service advisor, has also been consistently supportive. He ensures my car is well taken care of every time, with a great response and amazing hospitality. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service experience. Highly appreciated.

Great vibes at this service center. The staff at Axom Cars are not just technically sound but also very hospitable. They offered water and tea immediately and kept me updated on my car’s status throughout. It’s rare to find such a warm and guest-friendly atmosphere in a workshop. 🙏
