Rajdhani Meat House

Since 2023 I am buying chicken curry cut and liver online from Rajdhani meat house every 10/15 days interval. I am happy with the service provide by them, as they provide proper info over phone and before delivery the delivery person call me for comfortable timing to receive the delivery. Product received is also good till now.

Good service, they provide all kind of chicken for example chicken boneless, Drumsticks, leg, wings, lollipop, etc. I purchase chicken from this shop for my restaurant. They also maintain hygiene and quality. And staff behaviour is also good and kindness.

Their chicken is no doubt excellent and hygienic too but the delivery sucks. Everytime I order I am made to wait for more than 2 hours. Once they cancelled my order and didn't even inform me about it. I got to know about it only when I called after waiting for more than 3 hours. And today were supposed to deliver it between 12:30 - 1:00 PM. But even after waiting for more than 2 hours I didn't get. Everytime I called, they only gave the reply that it is getting ready and will be at my place. It's a humble request if you cannot deliver on any day then please tell this when the person calls. Please do not take orders if it isn't possible to fulfill. Sorry to say worst delivery service. It is really disgusting. I hope the service gets some real upliftment. Thank you. A suffered customer.
